Subject: Short Story Competitions
Loved the article--tried to print it, but the entire first page came out black instead of text (the second and 3rd pages printed out OK). Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Dear Margaret,
It's difficult to say without knowing more about your computer and printer setup. However, there could be a temporary problem with your Internet connection which is causing the browser to read those two pages incorrectly. You should reboot your entire system and try again. If you are having the same problem printing other pages then the problem is with your printer, most likely.
