Posterous Renames Itself Posterous Spaces, Expands Features

Forbes reports that Posterous has changed its name to Posterous Spaces and has added features that enable users to privately share photographs and videos with family members and friends. People can create public or private groups (called Spaces) to share posts, photos, audio, documents and videos. Posterous users can also follow other people's Spaces.

In the video about its new product, Posterous takes aim at Facebook, saying "what gets shared on Facebook usually ends up getting shared with everyone on Facebook." Take a look:
