J.K Rowling Launches Mysterious Pottermore Website

J.K. Rowling has launched a mysterious website called Pottermore. The website features two owls sitting on branches. There is also a video here on YouTube that features animated owls and a message that says an announcement from J.K. Rowling is coming in six days.

Every Harry Potter fan would love this new website to mean there is going to be another Harry Potter book, but Mugglenet reports that this is not the case. Mugglenet says, "Even though this is not a new book, we have been informed it is something equally exciting."

Entertainment Weekly speculates that Pottermore is likely the launch of a new Harry Potter website and/or the overdue arrival of the Harry Potter series in ebook form.
