A Florida Keys contest is seeking Ernest Hemingway look-alikes. Finalists from the 2010 contest are pictured above. This year's contest also has an online component on Facebook.

Details about the Virtual "Papa" Hemingway Look-Alike Contest contest can be found here on Florida Keys tourism council's Facebook page. Submissions are being accepted now through June 22. Public voting is scheduled June 23-29 to choose 10 finalists. A judging panel made up of past look-alike winners is to select the online winner by July 2.

The winner will win a trip to Key West to participate in the 2012 Sloppy Joe's "Papa" Hemingway Look-Alike Contest. The event is to be staged during the island's Hemingway Days festival, set for July 17-22.

Chris Storm, winner of the 2006 look-alike contest and president of the Hemingway Look-Alike Society, says, "For the virtual contest, I'm going to look for the guy that most closely resembles Ernest Hemingway when he was older and wearing a full beard. When I judge the real Sloppy Joe's contest, I also look for character and personality. Ernest Hemingway was full of life and so I'm looking for that person that is full of life."
