Bill de Blasio is the 109th Mayor of New York City. He follows three terms under Mayor Bloomberg. De Blasio was sworn in by former President Bill Clinton. New York City is expected to get about eight to ten inches of snow, but it is the bitter cold that is to follow that may be the most dangerous part of the storm system.
