Subject: Job ListingsHow often do you update your jobs listings? I have been faithfully following the site since stumbling across it in early February, but for the most part, the listings have not changed since that time; many have disappeared, but new ones are not being added.
Your site offers the best collection of writing-intensive job listings I've seen on the Internet. Please keep it updated regularly!
Sincerely, Rick Smith

Dear Rick,
Thanks for writing. We underwent a redesign in the job section in March -- which included adding a secure credit card server for employers placing ads. The job listings will continue to remain free for job seekers.
There will be new job listings on April 1st and we will be back to our schedule of updating Job ads on U.S. business days falling closest to the 1st and the 15th of each month.
Sorry for any confusion the redesign has caused you. We hope to have you back on April 1st!
Subject: Correct Book Format
If I was interested in writing a book and I have all my infomation. What do I do next? How do I get it in book form?
Anonymous
Dear Anonymous,
The best way to learn the correct format for a book, especially for nonfiction, is to study books similar to it. Research your local bookstore and library to find similar books and study the styles and layout. See how they set up the chapters, bibliography, glossary and index. When you are ready to submit your work to a publisher you need to follow proper manuscript technique and submit what is known as a book proposal. A book proposal can be submitted before your book is finished. An excellent resource on book proposals is How To Write a Book Proposal by Michael Larsen, (Writer's Digest Books, Sep., 1997).

Subject: Copyright Information
I have a lot of writers, but none can seem to get a hold of copyright info, could you send some to our E-mail address?
