  • Nickelodeon Plans Six New Shows (2005-03-23): Nickelodeon has announced six new live-action and animated series for the 2005-06 season.

  • Nicktoons Partners With Xilam for Shuriken School (2005-03-19): Nicktoons, Nickelodeon's digital channel for kids, will partner with Paris-based studio, Xilam Animation, for Shuriken School, a quirky playground comedy with a martial arts twist about a boy's adventures at Ninja school, it was announced by Keith Dawkins, Vice President and General Manager, Nicktoons.

  • Butch Hartman Signs Deal with Nickelodeon (2005-03-03): Butch Hartman, the creator and executive producer of the hit Nickelodeon series The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom, has signed a multi-year deal with Nickelodeon Networks to create original animated and live-action programming for Nickelodeon and Noggin, it was announced by Marjorie Cohn, Executive Vice President, Development and Original Programming, Nickelodeon.

  • MyComix.com Launches Website for the Comic Strip Community (1999-11-10): MyComix.

  • Web Comic Strips Market Emerging (1999-09-03): The online comic strip market is still in its infancy but there are hundreds of alternative offerings as evidenced at MyComix.

  • World's Top Cartoonists Invade Cyberspace (1998-07-30): 350 of the world's top cartoonists from 50 countries can now be seen on one entertaining and educational website: Cartoon Web.

  • New Website Features White House Scandal Cartoons By Top Cartoonists (1998-01-27): The site, White House Sex Scandal by All the Top Editorial Cartoonists, is updated daily with the newest scandal cartoons from scores of award winning cartoonists such as Pulitzer Prize winners Jim Borgman, Mike Peters, and Signe Wilkinson.

  • Cartoonists Rush Onto the Web (1997-08-15): The Professional Cartoonists Index has added daily updating editorial cartoons from twenty seven top newspaper editorial cartoonists, including Pulitzer Prize winners Mike Luckovich, Jeff MacNelly, Signe Wilkinson and Mike Peters.

  • New Yorker Names Cartoon Editor (1997-06-09): Robert Mankoff will become the cartoon editor of The New Yorker in September, Tina Brown, the magazine's editor, has announced.
