American Banker Readership Increases

American Banker Online has announced an increase in readership of over 60%. This is the cumulative result of a three-year effort to position American Banker Online as a valuable resource for breaking financial industry news and information.

"American Banker is in a unique position to understand the challenges our readers face. With them in mind, we designed American Banker Online to allow users to find relevant news quickly and conveniently," says Anne O' Brien, publisher, "Obviously, the new subscription figures indicate that we are meeting a real need."

In addition to a summary of the day's top stories with links to the full text of each story, American Banker Online features breaking news alerts via e-mail, searchable online archives, Ranking the Banks, a comprehensive posting of bank rankings, CareerZone, a searchable job database, and an online buyers guide with product briefings and vendor links.
