Joss Whedon Explains Avengers Scene Where Thor Fights Iron Man

In this clip from The Avengers, director and screenwriter Joss Whedon does the commentary for the scene where Thor (Chris Hemsworth) gets into a fight with Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.) Joss says that the fight was easier for Robert because when the helmet goes on, he gets to sit in his trailer while the stuntman takes over. But Chris had his own face in the fight.

Joss says everyone wanted to see who would win in a fight between the two, but he wanted to make the fight make sense for the characters. It looks awesome. Take a look:
