Jennifer Lopez and Lin Manuel-Miranda Perform Love Makes the World Go Round

Jennifer Lopez, Lin Manuel-Miranda and the Roots performed their new single "Love Makes the World Go Round" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The song was written in honor of those killed and injured at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The proceeds from the song will go to the Somos Orlando Fund to help those affected by the shooting.

Jennifer wore a fabulous ensemble which featured black pants and a fifteen foot cape which looked like stained glass windows. The cape showcased images honoring those who died during the massacre. Jennifer and Lin performed a ballad version of the dance tune, which incorporates a sample from Lin's amazing Tony Awards acceptance speech which he gave in the form of a sonnet.

We don't recall Questlove ever commenting on anyone's fashion choices at the show, but even he was compelled to post a photo of the fabulous cape on Twitter. He also praised Lin, writing, "I gotta say that #LinManuelMiranda's nerdom is the coolest thing to witness ever. It's so disarming even @JLo was in her most playful mood she's ever been in on our #FallonTonight set. Here I caught a moment of him fixing then #StylinProfilin her (my guess 15 foot) train of a gown. We performed #LoveMakeTheWorldGoRound benefiting our brothers and sisters caught up in the Orlando tragedy. Great moment 2nite. Hope you guys watch it."

JLo and Lin Manuel-Miranda recently announced they are teaming up for a re-release of the charity single. Take a look:
