Getting your site listed in the major search engines can bring you the most traffic. Be sure to also join Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Wembaster Tools so you can see how your website is doing and receive notices from Google and Microsoft. If you site is a new service then you should also submit it for inclusion in Google News.



LinkExchange
LinkExchange is a major online banner exchange program now owned by Microsoft. By participating in the program and showing banners on your website, you are able to have your banner shown on other websites throughout the Internet.

A search engine that has a large area on zines and publishing. Entries are added instantly by an on-line submission form.

Another site containing a large listing of e-zines. They also appear to be in the process of coming out with a book containing their collection of on-line publications and newsletters.

Creating a network of listed e.zines. You can have a link from their site as well as a description. They are also featuring e.zines of the month. In return for a listing, you place a graphic on your site linking back to them.

New Jour, is an archive for new journals and newsletters available on the Internet. They welcome listings of new online publications and newsletters.
