Sir Anthony Hopkins Narrates First Transformers: The Last Knight Trailer

The first trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight has landed and it looks like Michael Bay has really turned it up to eleven with the fifth entry in the popular movie franchise. Sir Anthony Hopkins provides the narration for the trailer, setting the stage for the epic battle to come.

"Two species at war, one flesh, one metal," he intones. He also zeroes in on a really great question: out of all the planets out there, why do the Decepticons keep coming back to Earth? What is that all about? The clues may lie in the past as we get a shot of ancient England and a Decepticon dragon with three heads flying over some cliffs.

Optimus Prime has apparently left us, or turned against us. In face, he actually stabs poor Bumblebee in one sad scene. Given the fact that Bumblebee is getting his own stand-alone film, we feel sure he will survive though. The big villain is Megatron, and he looks quite scary. As for the humans, Mark Wahlburg returns. The the film also stars Laura Haddock, John Goodman, Isabela Moner, Stanley Tucci, Josh Duhamel, Santiago Cabrera, John Turturro and ken Watanable.
