Shailene Woodley and Theo James Get Answers in Divergent: Allegient Trailer

Shailene Woodley stars as Tris in the trailer for the third film in the Divergent series, based on the bestselling novels by Veronica Roth. Divergent: Allegiant is the third of four films being adapted from the books. Tris and Four (Theo James) must travel outside the wall of their home in order to find out the truth about the city in which they grew up.

They get outside the wall and get the shock of their lives. They are immediately captured by a group of humans with advanced technology who take them to their base. It turns out that Tris' city of old Chicago is an experiment run by the Bureau of Genetic Welfare. The leader of the group David (Jeff Daniels) explains to Tris: "For 200 years, the greatest scientific minds have lived here to test a theory: If we could rescue people from a toxic environment and put them in a safe place like Chicago, perhaps they would heal it." Tris asks if she is one of those people. His reply is chilling, "You are the only one."

Yes, the Bureau is not happy about how the factions are acting in Chicago. They are at war with one another and the Bureau wants to end the experiment. They want to kill everyone and wipe out the city as they consider the experiment a total failure. But Tris and Four don't want everyone to die and are determined to find a way to bring the Factions together.

The film hits theaters on March 18, 2016, and from the looks of the trailer it's going to be excellent. The film also stars Octavia Spencer, Naomi Watts, Zoe Kravitz, Miles Teller, and Ansel Elgort. Take a look:
