Contests

Blue Mountain Arts, which is now part of the Excite network, is running its 14th Tri-Annual Poetry Card Contest. Prizes include four 1st place prizes of $300, four 2nd place prizes of $150 each and eight 3rd place prizes of $50. The deadline is June 20th, 2001.

Hewlett Packard is running a contest for young writers. The contest is open to students enrolled in grades K–6. Thousands of prizes will be given away, such as hp computers and printers, and educational software. Entries for both contests must be mailed by 3-31-01.
